What are your business hours?

Normal customer service hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM PST. We are closed week-ends and major holidays. We are always available for E-Mail messages at "customerservice@discountgiftsetc.com". Messages received after hours will be answered the following business day.


Do you accept orders by phone?

Not at this time, all orders are taken online at discountgiftsetc.com.


Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipping to California addresses will be charged California sales tax, orders shipped to other states will not be taxed.


Do you sell wholesale?

Although many of our products are being sold at prices that may be considered wholesale, we do not accept resale licences/tax id's. We always charge sales taxes where applicable (see above).


What happens if an item is out of stock?

Each item on the WEB site indicates if an item is in/out of stock at the time of purchase. If an item was in-stock at the time of purchase and out-of-stock at the time of shipping, the invoice will show "No Charge" for that item and have an order code of "C" shown after "Packs Ordered". Items are not back-ordered. Out-of-stock items may be re-ordered on the date shown directly after the "C" under "Packs Shipped".
